Construction of a covered grandstand with facilities for sports facility in Łódź
Construction of a grandstand for an athletics stadium with a covered spectator area for 1,205 spectators and 9 persons with disabilities (expandable to 1,345 spectators), including facilities located under the grandstand, as well as the construction of communication routes and other site development, including elements of small architecture, technical infrastructure, and new plantings. The execution period is from contract signing until January 15, 2028. An advance payment of up to 70% of the total gross contract value is possible, subject to a bank or insurance guarantee. Exclusion criteria apply according to EU Regulation No. 833/2014 and Polish law on countering aggression against Ukraine.
