Modular Counter-UAV System (CUAS) for Laboratory Expansion
Delivery, installation, configuration, integration, commissioning, and user training for a complete, integrated modular counter-unmanned aerial vehicle (CUAS) system for didactic purposes. The system is intended for the detection, tracking, identification, classification, and neutralization of UAVs, including commercial, semi-professional, autonomous, FPV, and other non-standard constructions. It features a multi-sensor operational and training environment comprising radar detection, passive RF radio detection, daytime image observation, IR thermal observation, a radio jamming system (jammer) for UAV neutralization, a C2 command, control, and management system, and operator workstations. The system must enable didactic classes in a real environment, visualization of detection and neutralization processes, analysis of real and simulated UAV threats, learning object detection, classification, and identification, implementation of airspace violation response scenarios, and use in operational, demonstration, and training modes. It should support operation in a stationary environment with selected mobile elements and foster user competency development in radar detection, radio emission analysis, optoelectronic observation, threat neutralization procedures, multi-sensor system operation, and air situation management. The delivered solution must be complete, ready for operation after implementation, and adaptable for further functional, training, and technological expansion. Detailed specification as per Appendix 2 of the tender documents.
