Module Construction for Biodegradable Waste Preparation for Co-fermentation at Wrocław WWTP

Design and construction of a complete module for the preparation of biodegradable waste for the co-fermentation process at the WKF of the Wrocław Wastewater Treatment Plant: development of preliminary design, construction design (including permits and building permit), technical design, executive designs, commissioning design, and settlement cost estimate. Construction works include a building for biodegradable waste preparation, reception and preparation tanks, a buffer tank for post-pasteurization waste, a malodorous air filter, a truck scale, and various installations: waste transport, barrel and pallet container emptying, suction hose with basket, hot and cold pressure water washing/rinsing for equipment and pipelines, chemical dosing for fat dissolution, water supply, technological water, industrial sanitary and storm sewage systems, process heat (from cogeneration and backup), general electrical systems (supply, external, internal, emergency lighting), CCTV, SSWIN, access control (SKD), fire switch, monitoring. Also included are technological electrical installations, automation, and I&C, the expansion of the SYNDIS RV energy visualization system and the EcoStruxure v. 3.2. SCADA system, as well as complete internal road systems and maneuvering areas with connection to the existing communication system. The contract also covers all temporary and ancillary works, supplies, and services necessary to achieve the investment goal, obtaining the occupancy permit, providing author's supervision, and ensuring archaeological and sapper supervision; further items as per the tender documents.
