Monitoring and Supervision for Remediation Phase after Accident in Hustopeče nad Bečvou

Surface Water Monitoring and Independent Supervision of Remediation Works: Comprehensive monitoring of surface waters and independent supervision of remediation and related works in an accident-affected area. Execution is according to the requirements of state authorities, especially the Czech Environmental Inspectorate, as well as applicable legislation and technical standards, particularly the ČSN EN ISO series for water sampling and analysis. Sampling, laboratory analyses, evaluation, and supervisory control are to be provided as a continuous and sequential process throughout the entire contract period. The contractor must be able to react flexibly to changes in pollution levels, including adjusting sampling frequency, monitoring scope, number of analyzed samples, and intensity of control and supervision activities. Sufficient personnel and technical capacities are required; all activities must be performed by professionally qualified personnel, adhering to quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection requirements. Provision of continuous, reliable, and verifiable information on the state and development of surface water pollution and independent control of remediation works.
