Maintenance of measuring equipment: Upkeep, repair in case of malfunction, preparation for calibration, participation in the calibration procedure, coordination of maintenance, and maintenance of the surroundings for 386 calibrated weighbridges (TMH1 type 60 tons and 80 tons) and 412 calibrated dynamic axle load measuring devices (TMH6 type 15 tons) operated by Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. The works also include the surroundings of the measuring devices, their substructure, superstructure, paving system, drainage system, and corrosion protection coatings. The contract has a net framework value of 180,000,000 HUF and a duration of 12 months from contract entry into force with an option for a further 12-month extension, or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. Services are to be provided throughout Hungary. An ordering obligation exists for 70% of the framework amount; the remaining 30% is optional. The number and locations of measuring devices may change, and the maintenance of future procured devices must also be undertaken. Ferry operation for the Neszmély – Dunaradvány ferry connection: Operation of the ramp, the 162 m² port building, and the associated approximately 1,400 m² green area according to the technical description; provision of a legally required 24-hour standby service for ferry operation and ensuring scheduled traffic with a planned 4,700 operating hours under a framework agreement. Additionally, items from the unpriced budget are to be provided in the estimated quantities specified therein. The complex operation of the Neszmély ferry system includes the operation, maintenance, guarding, and in case of emergency, protection and remediation of the left bank Danube port infrastructure (ferry ramp, parking lot, port, port building, and surrounding green areas). The Slovakian port of Dunaradvány is free to use due to a bilateral agreement and its operation is ensured; it is not part of the operator's task. The two-story port building accommodates passenger, staff, and administrative functions, including a waiting area and staff lounge. The contractor is responsible for all administrative, informational, technical, vegetation care, infrastructure maintenance, and repair activities essential for proper, safe, and high-quality ferry operation.
