Multidisciplinary design documentation for the thermal modernization of the historic UMW building at ul. Chałubińskiego 3 in Wrocław: preparation of documentation including obtaining a final building permit, breakdown into stages, and qualified and non-qualified costs; additionally, author's supervision for the execution of works based on the designs prepared by the contractor, from the start of the public procurement procedure for the construction contractor until the completion of the investment, with 100 foreseen site visits. Implementation must comply with the DNSH ("Do No Significant Harm") principle and ICT product and service requirements as per the National Cybersecurity System Act.
