Multifunction Devices and Secure Printing for South Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County

Delivery of multifunction devices as a service and secure printing for the South Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county: The devices must be fully compatible with the existing SafeQ secure printing environment. The contract includes comprehensive management of the printing environment, covering delivery and commissioning of devices, maintenance and supplies, fault repair, end-user customer service and user guidance, changes, device relocations and removals, reporting, operation of the SafeQ secure printing environment and sale of licenses, and device-related options. Partial bids and alternative offers are not permitted. Detailed requirements are specified in the appendix "Vaatimusmäärittely" (Requirements Specification).
