Multifunction Systems including Print Management Software for Offices

Delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of multifunction systems (MFP) for central and decentralized document processing: Provision and operation of the systems, including necessary system components, software solutions, and services under a rental and maintenance contract. This includes the delivery and setup of multifunction systems of a specific performance class, professional installation and configuration at the deployment sites, integration into the existing IT and network environment, and commissioning with functional testing and handover. Furthermore, the provision, setup, and support of print management software including licenses, integration of functions such as user and cost center management, authentication, Follow-Me-Printing, print release, as well as evaluation and reporting capabilities. Also included are maintenance, service, and support during the contract term, the supply of consumables, and ensuring the operational readiness of the systems. The contract duration is 63 months starting from December 1, 2026. Services will be rendered at the client's offices.
