Natural Grass Pitch Renovation and Gutter Replacement for Sports Field at Berufliches Schulzentrum Zschopau

Renovation works for a sports field facility: renovation of an approx. 6,500 m² natural grass sports pitch, replacement of approx. 40 linear meters of drainage gutter in the inner lane area, and repair works on the existing synthetic surface at the Berufliches Schulzentrum Zschopau. The natural grass renovation includes deep cutting and milling of the existing turf, removal and transport of milled material, delivery and installation of turf substrate and sand, deep loosening/perforation, overseeding, fertilization, and completion care. The gutter replacement involves removal and disposal of existing gutters including covers and foundations, delivery and installation of new sports field drainage gutters including covers, and restoration of adjacent asphalt and synthetic surfaces. Repairs to the synthetic surface include removal of damaged areas, subgrade preparation, and installation of a new PU-bound EPDM surface. Completion deadline: 31.12.2026, start planned for calendar week 37, 2026. Alternative bids are not permitted. Security for contract performance: 5% of the contract sum (from 250,000 Euro net), for defect claims: 3% of the settlement sum (from 250,000 Euro net).
