New Development of KGV Lerchenhain Access Road, Parking Spaces

Landscaping works for the new development of the KGV Lerchenhain access road and parking spaces in Leipzig: Clearing of 1,896 m² construction site within the allotment garden area and 3,150 m² vegetative topsoil; removal of 630 m³ topsoil (partially deposited, partially distributed on adjacent field); new construction of a 1,700 m² path with a water-bound surface; installation of 120 m concrete kerbstones; delivery and installation of one double-leaf swing gate and two water pipe shafts; laying of a PE63x5.8 drinking water pipeline (200 m) with connection works; creation of a trench (325 m) for drinking water and electrical lines. Execution period from 09.11.2026 to 29.01.2027. Performance bond of 5% of the contract sum for contracts valued at 250,000 Euro net or more. Alternative bids are not permitted. Bids must include a GAEB interface in X84 format. The award criterion is the lowest price. Further items as per the tender documents.
