Refurnishing of ULB Reading Room

Procurement of new furniture and equipment for the refurnishing of the renovated reading room at the University and State Library of Saxony-Anhalt at Martin Luther University, August-Bebel-Straße 50, 06108 Halle (Saale). The equipment includes functional individual and group workstations as well as secluded seating areas for the main reading room and two adjacent rooms. Design plans are available and define the minimum standard; optical and functional design must conform to the overall concept. Delivery and assembly will take place on-site on the first floor. Alternative bids are not permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Offers must be submitted by 28.09.2026 24:00, binding period until 29.10.2026. Payment within 14 days with discount or 30 days without deduction. For contract values exceeding 30,000 € net, an extract from the competition register will be requested.
