New construction of 380kV air-insulated switchgear for battery storage systems

New construction of an air-insulated 380 kV switchgear with an operating building at the PULVE site as a general contractor: turnkey handover and intended function of the substation; includes complete planning, design, calculation, construction, creation of verifications and concepts, site securing, approval documents, manufacturing, tests, inspections, delivery, transport, unloading, interim storage, construction site transport, site setup, dismantling, storage or disposal, assembly, erection, cleaning, corrosion protection, assembly supervision, acceptances, commissioning (IBS), operational handovers (BBÜ), preparation for and participation in functional tests (FUP) conducted by the client, training, documentation, and line introduction including approval. The 380 kV switchgear consists of a 2-fold busbar system, 4 line bays for looping in circuits 8045 blue Mühlhausen-Pulverdingen and 8021 red Großgartach C2 Pulverdingen, 3 line bays for connecting grid customer facilities, a coupling bay, secondary technology for 7 bays, additional space for 2 bays (renewal reserve), auxiliary power, plant infrastructure, an operating building, and relay houses for the 380 kV AIS switchgear bays and busbar.
