New Aquacentre Construction Český Krumlov – Design & Build

Design and construction of a new aquacentre in Český Krumlov under a Design & Build contract: Preparation of all project and engineering documentation for building permit and execution, obtaining all permits (building permit, final inspection decision for traffic connection, final inspection decision for the aquacentre), acting as Health and Safety Coordinator during the preparation phase, geodetic surveys, radon surveys, energy assessments and certificates, creation of operating manuals and as-built documentation. Construction of a new indoor pool, an outdoor swimming area, water slides, a sauna world, a multi-purpose exercise hall, massage and rehabilitation areas, catering facilities, changing rooms, visitor and staff facilities, and other operational areas. Adjustment of the traffic connection to road I/39 (Chvalšinská) and the local road (Fialková) with associated design and engineering services, professional time-lapse photography of the construction phase, and training of operation and maintenance personnel.
