Site setup and shell construction for the new provisioning hall: traffic safety measures, 70 m closed construction fence, 80 m open construction fence, construction power and water connections; 72 m² bored soldier pile wall with 20 pcs 4.85 m soldier piles; 800 m³ earthworks and soil exchange; in-situ concrete shell construction for 30 m³ individual and strip foundations, 15 m³ floor slabs, 140 m³ interior and exterior walls and columns, 25 m³ beams with top-side slope, circumferential parapet formation, load-bearing roof area with trapezoidal sheeting on circumferential support angle; earthing and lightning protection services; 120 m pipelines up to DN200 including pipe trenches for rainwater drainage; earthworks and construction of a tunnel soakaway including shafts.
