General contractor services for the construction of an operating building for the Ober-Eschbach wastewater treatment plant: freestanding two-story building with basement, approx. 680 m² footprint, solid construction with reinforced concrete floor slab, 2 floor slabs, and flat roof. Load-bearing exterior and interior walls of sand-lime brick masonry, non-load-bearing interior walls as plasterboard stud walls and sand-lime brick in wet areas. Basement designed as a 'white tank' with waterproof concrete, earth-contacting reinforced concrete components with a fresh concrete composite system. Building envelope with mineral wool insulation, plastered facade on the ground floor, metal curtain facade on the upper floor, extensive green roof, raised ventilation system on the roof. Scope includes earthworks for the building pit and associated buried lines/shafts, shell construction, interior fit-out, technical building equipment (TGA), electrical, measurement, control, and regulation technology (EMSR), and buried lines for process water, drinking water, rain, and mixed water channels. Key quantities: earth excavation approx. 2,650 m³, soil disposal approx. 5,800 t, backfill with delivered soil approx. 1,600 m³, concrete and reinforced concrete approx. 920 m³, reinforcing steel approx. 130 t, sand-lime brick masonry approx. 1,900 m².
