New Construction of Świecie Police Headquarters (Design-and-Build)

New construction of the Świecie Police Headquarters under a design-and-build contract: erection of an administrative building with underground parking, a garage and workshop building, a kynological facility building, a complex of kennels for service dogs, a freestanding pre-stressed concrete antenna mast, a pylon, hardened internal communication routes with parking spaces and sidewalks, fences with gates and wickets, connections and technical infrastructure, and small architectural objects. Services include architectural, construction, engineering, and control services, as well as construction works, specifically earthworks, building construction, concreting, reinforced concrete structures, masonry, steel structures, roofing, insulation works, thermal insulation, facade works, plastering, carpentry, floor and wall covering, painting and glazing, finishing works, electrical installations, cabling, fiber optic installations, water, sewage, and sanitary installations, central heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, construction, foundation, and assembly of reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete columns, demolition works, and various surface works.
