New Construction of Świnoujście City Police Headquarters

Construction of a building for the City Police Headquarters in Świnoujście: including an administrative building (height: 11.87 m, built-up area: 1,034.65 m², usable area: 3,063.76 m², 3 floors), a building for dog handlers with facilities and an exercise area (height: 4.15 m, usable area without exercise area: 147.37 m², 1 floor), a garage building with a shooting range (height: 5.75 m, usable area: 735.27 m², 1 floor), a car shed complex, a building for a power generator and waste containers, and a 32 m high antenna mast on the building's roof. Technical installations include a photovoltaic system on the plot with approximately 100 kWp power, air-to-water heat pumps, and 1 wind turbine. Site development includes a paved area of 3,878.55 m² (internal roads, parking spaces, sidewalks) and a biologically active area of 5,176.43 m². Construction works also cover connections for water, sanitary and storm sewage, electricity, and telecommunication, external installations on the investor's plot (water, sanitary and storm sewage, electricity, telecommunication), access roads, parking spaces, sidewalks, a fence with sliding gates and wickets (height: 2.00-2.20 m, total length: approx. 428.83 m), barriers, and a storage area for solid waste segregation.
