New construction of Elbląg City Police Headquarters with ancillary facilities

Construction works for the new Elbląg City Police Headquarters with ancillary facilities: Erection of a building complex on plot no. 38/35, district 23, including internal and external installations, connections, site development, elements of small architecture, access roads from Lotnicza Street, and partial room furnishing. The service includes the handover of the objects with all necessary equipment to obtain an occupancy permit. This involves taking over plot no. 38/35, district 23, organizing the construction site with office and social facilities, their maintenance and dismantling; preparatory construction works, all construction works including the establishment of connections and network reconstruction, and the planting of green areas. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, decisions, approvals, and consents (excluding those obtained by the client). Furthermore, all legally or project-required tests, trials, and start-ups (including by authorized manufacturer service) for all installed devices and systems must be conducted to confirm the quality and functionality of the works and devices. This also includes obtaining approvals for materials for individual use in construction and sample approvals, transferring copyrights and licenses for all works created for the project, providing training for client personnel on the operation of the object, systems, and devices before final acceptance, providing quality guarantees and service during the warranty period, performing greenery maintenance during the warranty period, creating contractor's documentation including as-built documentation and workshop drawings, implementing an EOD platform and providing licenses for its use, and checking geological surveys and conducting continuous geological and geodetic supervision.
