New construction of a single-story pavilion for long-term care with 15 double rooms on the hospital grounds in Valašské Meziříčí, including preparation for a possible basement. This includes associated construction works such as the expansion of the existing parking lot, retaining walls, landscaping, paved areas, new rainwater drainage systems and their modification, modification of campus utility systems (sewage connection, relocation of water supply), vegetation works, removal of old and construction of new fencing, new public and campus lighting, and the demolition of a former pumping station. Also included are construction works to connect the new pavilion with Pavilion D.
