Construction of a Primary School in Karwiany-Komorowice

Design and construction of a public primary school: The project includes the preparation of complete design documentation (concept, building project, executive project, technical specifications, bill of quantities, investor's cost estimate) including necessary studies (geotechnical) and obtaining all permits. It involves the construction of a single-story school building with a net area of approx. 1,940.9 m² for approx. 300 students in grades 4–8 (12 classrooms), built using modular technology, as a smart, low-emission, and energy-efficient building, accessible and barrier-free. A connector to a planned sports hall and a land reserve for future expansion for grades 1–3 are included. Site development comprises an internal communication system, 74 car parking spaces, 70 bicycle parking spaces (40 covered), a maneuvering area, an assembly square, a recreational and sports area with an outdoor gym, sports fields with a running track and long jump pit, small architectural elements, lighting, fencing, and landscaped greenery with tree and shrub plantings. Also included are the construction and potential reconstruction of networks, connections, and technical infrastructure, as well as equipping the facility with permanently installed devices and installations. Services also cover author's supervision throughout the construction period, management of construction documentation, preparation of as-built documentation (including geodetic as-built survey) and operation/maintenance instructions, and obtaining the final occupancy permit. The project is to be realized on an approximately 1.73 ha sub-plot of parcel No. 160/2 (3.0118 ha / 30,118 m²) in Komorowice, ul. Wiosenna, Gmina Żórawina.
