New construction of Meergronden school in Almere
Design and realization of a new building for Meergronden school in Almere: includes the design (VO+ up to specification-ready design) and realization of a secondary school for 1,400 students and approx. 150 staff (BBL, KBL, Mavo, Havo, VWO with a bilingual international profile), including associated outdoor areas, demolition of the existing gym, construction of an (underground) bicycle parking facility, and a social function of approx. 300 m² gross floor area in the plinth. The execution works comprise structural, installation engineering, and public space construction. The total area of the school and social function is approx. 11,500 m² gross floor area.
