Construction of a Sports Hall for the Gymnasium and Language School Zlín

Demolition and construction of a sports hall: Demolition of an existing building and paved areas, followed by the construction of a new two-story sports hall for the gymnasium. The hall includes a basement (1.PP) and a ground floor (1.NP). The basement features secondary changing rooms for teachers, toilets (including disabled access), cleaning and technology rooms, an elevator, and a staircase in the northeast; 4 athlete changing rooms with private toilets, washrooms, and showers (2 of which are disabled-accessible) in the southeast; a two-tier grandstand with continuous benches along the north facade; equipment rooms and a cleaning room along the west facade. The ground floor (1.NP) contains fitness rooms, a preparation room for a running track, and the running track itself (partially cantilevered, partially suspended by steel rods); additionally, a disabled-accessible emergency toilet, cleaning room, EPS room, and UPS room. The staircase leads to a flat roof with technical equipment behind a soundproof wall. The contract also includes the establishment of a connection to the unified sewage system and campus distribution with retention, new paved areas, and landscaping.
