Construction of a Sports Hall for Gymnázium and Jazyková škola Zlín

Demolition and disposal of an existing building and paved areas: Construction of a new two-story sports hall, partially embedded into the sloping terrain, connected to the school building via a connecting neck on the north side. The hall includes in the basement (1.PP) secondary teacher changing rooms, toilets (including disabled-accessible), a cleaning room, a technology room, an elevator, and an object staircase in the northeast; four athlete changing rooms (each with its own toilet, washroom, and showers), two of which are adapted for disabled athletes, in the southeast; a two-tier grandstand with continuous benches along the north facade; equipment rooms and a hall cleaning room along the west facade. On the ground floor (1.NP) are gym rooms, running track preparation areas, and the running track itself, which is partially cantilevered and partially suspended by steel ties, mirroring the footprint of the spectator grandstand in the 1.PP. The 1.NP is supplemented by an emergency disabled-accessible toilet, a cleaning room, an EPS room, and a UPS room. The object staircase ends at a landing with access to the flat roof, which serves purely technical equipment and houses technological units behind a soundproof wall. Engineering structures include a connection for the unified sewage system and campus distribution with retention. Additionally, new paved areas and landscaping will be constructed.
