Construction of a new workshop building and demolition of an existing building for Liedon Central School

Construction of a new 1-story workshop for technical education with outdoor areas on the Taatila comprehensive school premises, with a gross floor area of approximately 780 m². An existing technical building with approximately 700 m² gross floor area will be demolished. The construction period for the new building and outdoor areas is planned from January 2027 to November 2027. Teaching in the new building will commence in January 2028. The demolition of the existing building is scheduled for the school summer holidays in 2028 (June-July). The contract is awarded as a total contract, with the main contractor acting as the primary implementer. A joint site visit will take place on September 8, 2026, at 09:00; participation must be confirmed 4 days prior via email to joona.hannonen@prepon.fi. Personal protective equipment (safety shoes, high-visibility workwear, safety helmet, eye protection, ID card) must be brought by participants.
