Construction of Research and Laboratory Building

Construction of a research and laboratory building on an 831 m² plot at Heikendorfer Weg 83-87, 24149 Kiel, as a general contractor service: The building is intended for power module research in power electronics for HAW Kiel. The scope of services includes the construction of the building and comprehensive planning according to HOAI service phases 2 to 8, including coordination with the client and users. Interfaces to laboratory equipment supplied, installed, and commissioned by the client must be considered. The building, with an approximate footprint of 383 m², consists of a basement, 4 upper floors (ground floor - 3rd floor), and a recessed penthouse floor. Completion, handover, and settlement must occur by December 31, 2029. Special emphasis is placed on energy quality (primary energy demand at least 20% below legal requirements) and low operating costs. The preparation and coordination of utility connections are the responsibility of the contractor.
