Construction of Innovation Center and Welding Hall under PPP Owner Model

Planning and construction services for the turnkey new build of an innovation center and a welding hall, including the creation of associated outdoor facilities: The innovation center comprises a usable area (NUF) of approx. 1,600 m², including a seven-meter-high multi-functional hall and the integration of the existing media center. The separate welding hall will be constructed economically, with functional connection to existing training areas of the metal technology department; a budget of 1,305,000.00 EUR gross is available for this, with realization contingent on adherence to this budget. Services also include permit planning and submission of the building application. The contractor must ensure interim construction financing until acceptance and submit an offer for the final financing of the remaining total investment costs over 20 years, with 10 million EUR in subsidies available after acceptance. A comprehensive overall offer for planning, construction, financing, and maintenance services within the extended warranty period is expected. Proofs from a construction company and an architectural firm are required for the application.
