Construction of Homeless Shelter and Support Center, Bayreuther Str. 89-93, Ludwigshafen

Construction of a homeless shelter and support center: turnkey establishment of a municipal facility with approx. 3,500 m² usable area for approx. 150 homeless persons, including rooms for events, consulting services, and specialized services. Implementation is in modular construction (wood, steel, reinforced concrete, hybrid modules or prefabricated reinforced concrete/wood elements), no container solutions. The contract includes all planning and construction services for the ready-to-use establishment, including outdoor facilities, as well as maintenance and adjustment of technical systems within the extended warranty period. The contractor secures financing until acceptance, with milestone-based progress payments from the client; maintenance and adjustment fees are remunerated separately. Award as a total contractor contract in a negotiated procedure with a call for competition.
