Construction of a playground: removal and disposal of 145 m³ unbound sub-base, removal, storage, and reapplication of 115 m³ topsoil, removal and disposal of 390 m³ soil LAGA >Z2, DK II, removal and disposal of 165 m³ soil, removal and disposal of 85 t construction waste AVV 170107, construction of a drinking water shaft and connection, leveling and compacting of approx. 800 m² area, delivery and installation of 155 m³ frost protection material, delivery and installation of 370 m² gravel base layer, construction of approx. 180 m edgings, construction of 620 m² water-bound surface, delivery and installation of approx. 66 m² fall protection and play sand material, construction of approx. 10 m stream bed from mixed natural stone materials, delivery and installation of various play equipment, delivery and installation of various furnishings, creation and maintenance of approx. 250 m² planting areas, creation and maintenance of approx. 450 m² lawn areas. Execution begins on 12.10.2026 and ends on 30.11.2026. Alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Required securities include 5% of the contract sum for contract fulfillment and 3% of the sum of partial payments at the time of acceptance for defect claims. Joint ventures are jointly and severally liable. Proof of suitability is provided via the prequalification register or a self-declaration with references, details on employee numbers, trade registration, commercial register extract, entry in the craft register/Chamber of Industry and Commerce, clearance certificates from the collective social security fund, the tax office, exemption certificate according to § 48b EStG, and the professional association.
