New construction and renovation for the Rehabilitation Institute Brandýs nad Orlicí: Construction of a new Cranioprogram building with a connecting corridor to the existing 'Parkpavilon', new physiotherapy exercise rooms, and administrative areas. The basement of the new building will house underground parking spaces for patients and staff, along with rooms for backup power sources. Additionally, the historical part of the building will be reconstructed to utilize freed spaces, increase staff facilities, modernize operational areas, and implement structural modifications for the communication link between both buildings. The expansion of client accommodation capacities in the existing buildings is also included.
