New Construction and Renovation for Rehabilitation Center Brandýs nad Or Orlicí

Construction works for the Rehabilitation Center Brandýs nad Orlicí: New construction of a Cranioprogram building with a connecting corridor to the existing Park Pavilion, new physiotherapy exercise rooms, and administrative areas. The basement of the new building will house underground parking spaces for patients and staff, as well as rooms for backup power generators. Furthermore, the contract includes the reconstruction of the historical part of the building for the utilization of spaces freed up after operations are moved to the new Cranioprogram building, the expansion of staff facilities, the modernization of operational areas, and structural modifications necessary for the communicative connection of both buildings. Also included is the expansion of client accommodation capacities in the existing buildings.
