New Construction and Renovation of Bråvolltunet Hospital
Construction works for Bråvolltunet Hospital: Extension over three floors for 18 new hospital sites, a cloakroom bar, a memorial room, and storage areas; alteration of the existing hospital for a new monitoring department with 6 places; establishment of new facilities in the basement for home services and physiotherapy. The contract also includes flood protection measures and water and sewage works as an execution contract, with construction start for these tentatively in January 2027. Contract start date is 30.11.2026, with expected completion on 30.11.2029. The duration is 36 months (4 months engineering design phase, 18 months extension construction, 12 months renovation, 2 months slack). Contractual provisions NS 8407 apply with corrections as per Part II, B.2 and B.3.
