Structural planning for school renovation and new gymnasium in Vilshofen

Structural planning (service phases 1-6) for the general refurbishment, conversion and extension of the A and C wings of the Vilshofen grammar school, as well as the refurbishment of the existing gymnasium in building C. The project also includes the new construction of additional classrooms and the erection of a new single gymnasium. The net floor area of the existing buildings to be refurbished is 7,237.84 m², and that of the gymnasium C is 738.85 m². The planning should, among other things, examine the implementation of the passive house standard and, if necessary, provide for partial areas in modular construction.
