Non-exclusive discount agreement for Brimonidine (single-dose)
Conclusion of a non-exclusive discount agreement for the active ingredient Brimonidine (ATC S01EA05) exclusively in single-dose form: Any pharmaceutical company can enter into a framework agreement under the same conditions at any time. The contract period begins on 01.10.2026 and ends on 30.09.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and discounts, and completed Annexes 1 and 2, where the medicines must be listed. Annex 2 must be submitted as an Excel file. Documents are to be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries are possible on the 1st or 15th of a month if documents are submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. This procedure is an admission model and does not fall under cartel procurement law.
