Non-exclusive rebate agreement for the active ingredient Brivaracetam (ATC N03AX23): Conclusion of a framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies under equal conditions, with a term from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028 and an extension option of 1x12 months. Submission of documents (offer letter, recognized contract with rebates, completed annexes 1 and 2, annex 2 as an Excel file) is via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.09.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later entries on the 1st or 15th of the following month require submission by the 5th of the preceding month. The procedure automatically ends upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract; further items as per the tender documents.
