Non-exclusive rebate agreement for the active ingredient Baclofen (excluding oral dosage forms), ATC M03BX01: Conclusion of a framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies under equal conditions. The contract starts on 01.10.2026, with a term until 30.09.2028, and a renewal option of 1x12 months. Interested parties must submit a letter of offer, acknowledgment of the contractual terms and specified rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (Excel file) via email to openhouse@dak.de. Documents for a contract start on 01.10.2026 must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries are possible at any time; for an entry on the 1st or 15th of the following month, documents must also be submitted via email by the 5th of the preceding month.
