Rebate agreement for the active ingredient Sulfasalazine (exclusively FMR, size N2, ATC M01CX02): non-exclusive framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies, with the possibility to join at any time under the same conditions. Contract duration from 01.11.2026 to 31.10.2028, with one extension option of 1x12 months. Required documents include an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (Annex 2 as an Excel file). Submission of documents via email to openhouse@dak.de by the 5th of the preceding month for the desired contract start. further items as per the tender documents.
