Non-exclusive Discount Agreements for Patented Active Ingredients
Non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a para. 8 or § 130c para. 8 SGB V for patented active ingredients: contract start on 01.10.2026. All interested companies can join the contract at any time under the same conditions (admission model). Required documents: signed contract (duplicate or QES), proof of pharmaceutical marketing authorization (excerpt from AMIce database), list of contract-relevant PZN (Annex 5), signed self-declaration (Annex 6), self-declaration on EU regulation (Annex 7). Contract documents, participating health insurance funds, revenues, and registration deadlines are available on the GWQ ServicePlus AG procurement portal.
