Emergency and Hazard Response System (NGRS) including emergency and hazard intercom systems (NGS) for school properties and selected administrative buildings in Oberhausen: Delivery, installation, integration, commissioning, and documentation of the required system technology (all end devices, system control units, server and communication components, software); connection to the existing IT, network, telephony, and security infrastructure of the city, as well as to responsible emergency services or an approved emergency call and service center; execution of all necessary testing, trial, and acceptance services; creation of operational documentation; user training; maintenance and service for subsequent regular operation. The system is based on a common technical platform.
