Earthworks for courtyard area renovation: Removal and renewal of all old asphalt areas in the inner courtyard; demolition of raised edges of asphalt roads; repair and renewal of asphalted areas in other parts according to plans. Renewal and repair of lawn areas as needed, with seamless connection to existing lawn areas. Mechanical cleaning and aeration of non-renewed lawn areas; moss removal/milling with spring blades to remove moss and old, dead grass. After cleaning, the lawn area is aerated, then raked clean and evenly spread with sand to fill the aeration holes. After sanding, grass seeds are added to the entire lawn area. Lawn planting and the first mowing are included. Surface leveling of the entire site according to geo-plans.
