Creation of access and infrastructure areas (e.g., delivery zone), recreation, sports, and break areas (green classroom, traffic training course, seating, sports equipment), 1 all-weather pitch 22m x 28m, 1 running track 4x1.22m x 65m, 1 grass sports field 40m x 60m. The roof is intended for a PV system or as a biodiversity roof; the number of car parking spaces is yet to be clarified.
