Landscape Architecture for Extension Building and Two-Court Sports Hall

Landscape architecture (HOAI 2021, Annex 11): Service phases 1-9 and special services for landscape planning during the construction of a two-story extension building with an additional floor and the new construction of a two-court sports hall. Two variants of the sports hall (above-ground or partially underground) are to be examined in the preliminary design phase regarding their impact on the landscape and outdoor areas. The landscape areas affected by the construction are to be adapted for primary school use. Planning of a common area for after-school care and the open all-day school as part of the extension. Development of the schoolyard into a common area. Creation of additional parking spaces for staff.
