Landscape architecture planning for the general renovation of the German National Theatre Weimar, sub-project 1 – Main Building: technical and professional processing of open spaces, outdoor facilities, and external interfaces according to HOAI Annex 11. The planning considers the Federal Guidelines for Sustainable Building and Barrier-Free Building. Work takes place in a listed building and within existing public urban spaces and traffic areas at Theaterplatz 2, 99423 Weimar. Planning start: 02/2026, LPH2 until 11/2026, LPH3 from 01/2027. Services include outdoor facility-related support for object and specialist planning, specifically access, delivery, accessibility, height connections, surfaces, drainage, vegetation, tree protection, construction-period areas, protective measures, and restoration of affected outdoor areas. The focus is on technical-functional processing, construction-period securing, coordination, and restoration of affected outdoor areas, not on a new open space design concept. The processing area covers adjacent outdoor, access, delivery, parking, vegetation, construction site, and restoration areas of approximately 3,000 m².
