Object planning for roof renovation at the main building of BBS Alfeld

Object planning for the renovation of the flat roof areas of the main building of Berufsbildende Schule Alfeld: approx. 3,200 m² of roof areas with roof domes and RWAs above levels 5 and 4. The planning includes consideration of existing attics, connections, penetrations, drainage points, and technical superstructures, coordination with TGA planning, and consideration of ongoing school operations. The scope of demolition and requirements for the new roof structure must be determined for the construction tender. The planning must enable the subsequent installation and operation of a photovoltaic system on the roof areas, including roof structure, sealing, drainage, maintenance paths, fall protection, static and constructive conditions, cable routing, and interfaces to building technology.
