Architectural Planning for the Expansion of a Biomass Combined Heat and Power Plant

Architectural planning for the expansion of a biomass combined heat and power plant: Services according to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 1, service phases 1 to 4 as per § 34 ff. HOAI. The expansion includes two additional biomass boilers (each 1.2 MW th.), the renewal of peak load boilers 1 and 2 (18 MW th. biomethane/hydrogen), a flue gas condensation plant including a water-water heat pump (2 MW th.), two exhaust air/outdoor air heat pumps (each 0.2 MW th.), an additional large heat storage (capacity 5,000 m³), the adaptation and renewal of heat distribution and hydraulic connection, the expansion of MSR and building management system (Siemens brand), and the electrical connection of the new heat generators. The architectural service comprises the structural shell and integration of technical systems, the preparation of a cost estimate according to DIN 276 (second level) during preliminary planning, and a cost calculation according to DIN 276 (third level) during design planning. Services must be completed by September 30, 2026.
