Building and Interior Design: Commissioning of HOAI service phases 5-9 as a staged call-off, including integration and interface review of third-party planning from phases 1-4 as special services. The project involves the construction of a new office building at the Von-Seydlitz Barracks Kalkar to accommodate the increased personnel of the Centre for Air Operations. The building consists of two opposing L-shaped structures with a green inner courtyard, will be constructed in reinforced concrete, has three full stories, and is fully basemented. It includes office spaces, meeting, training, and group rooms, as well as ancillary and technical rooms, including a soundproof meeting room on the ground floor as a room-in-room system. The energetic EGB40 standard is planned, with photovoltaic elements on the roof.
