Building and interior design (service phases 5-9) for the comprehensive renovation and modernization of the MarienBad indoor pool: Key areas for interior and execution planning include the renovation and reorganization of the foyer (including cash desk and back office), public sanitary facilities, barrier-free changing, showering, and sanitary areas, changing, showering, and WC areas on the bathing level, the massage area, administration and staff rooms, gastronomy, parts of the sauna access, areas of the movement pool, and staff areas on the technical level. The planning also covers structural and interior interfaces for the renewal of technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical, safety, pool technology) and the coordination of structural connections for the ventilation control unit expansion, escape routes, and external fire escape. Materials, surfaces, components, and details must be suitable for high humidity and chloride loads, intensive cleaning, high visitor frequencies, and long-term use, considering hygiene, cleanability, slip resistance, corrosion protection, acoustics, maintainability, and operational safety. Planning is to be carried out in collaboration with the client, specialist planners, and funding body, integrating the fire protection concept (fire and smoke sections, escape routes, doors, closures, pipe penetrations, safety lighting, fire alarm system, escape route signage) and adhering to applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and DIN, VDI, VDE standards. Existing documents from service phases 1-4 and approval documents (building application, approval planning, architectural explanation report, building description, fire protection concept, TBE specialist planning, operational description, area and volume calculations, cost calculation according to DIN 276) are to be reviewed; further items as per the tender documents.
