Object planning LPH 6-9 for the expansion of Max-Planck-Gymnasium
Object planning according to § 34 HOAI, service phases 6-9, for the expansion of Max-Planck-Gymnasium in Munich: Construction of a new four-story learning house building with partial basement, specialized classrooms, and cafeteria (assembly hall), GFA approx. 14,000 m², GIV approx. 57,200 m³, and construction of a new partially basemented double sports hall, GFA approx. 2,100 m², GIV 13,400 m³. The project includes the demolition of existing building parts and pavilions, takes place during ongoing school operations, and considers historical monument protection requirements for preserved building parts. BEG funding is being applied for. Special requirements include QNG/BNB certification and static/structural connections to the existing building. Project entry requires the integration of two planners; a demolition planner and construction logistics planner are involved.
