Object Planning for Traffic Facilities on BAB A72, sections Hartenstein - Chemnitz-Süd and Stollberg-Nord - Chemnitz-Rottluff

Object planning for traffic facilities (service phases 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6) for rehabilitation measures on the carriageway of BAB A72 Hof-Leipzig, in the section between AS Hartenstein and AS Chemnitz-Süd (direction Leipzig) and between AS Zwickau-Nord and AS Chemnitz-Rottluff. This includes special services such as existing FRS inventory, economic feasibility study, development of traffic management concepts, preparation of a SiGe plan, static verification of FRS on structures, planning of repair measures for various structures, preparation of approval-ready marking and signage plans, and preparation of control test tenders. Furthermore, BIM services are included, comprising the creation of a BIM execution plan, BIM mobilization, capture and modeling of existing data and terrain, modeling of existing traffic facilities and engineering structures, modeling of the preferred planning variant, coordination of discipline and partial models, quantity and cost estimation, 4D construction phase plan and schedule, and model-based bill of quantities creation.
