The estimated net costs for conversion/renovation are approximately 1,022,264.92 EUR, broken down into KG 300 Structure - Building construction: 568,927.91 EUR; KG 400 Structure - Technical installations: 416,960.46 EUR; KG 600 Equipment & artworks: 36,376.55 EUR. Service phases 1-4 have already been completed. In parallel, specialist planning for technical building equipment HVAC and electrical (service phases 5-9 according to § 55 HOAI) and structural engineering (service phases 1-6 according to § 51 HOAI) are being tendered.
