Architectural Planning Services for the New Fire Station Eicherscheid (Phases 1-4)

Architectural planning services for buildings and interiors according to HOAI service phases 1-4: New construction of a fire station in Eicherscheid, including all partial services and special services in LPH 1 (needs assessment, determination of requirements, development of a functional and spatial program). The fire station includes a vehicle hall, sanitary facilities, and social areas. A possible expansion and a reserve area for a civil protection building must be considered. The plot to be planned, located at Ahrweilerstraße L165, 53902 Bad Münstereifel-Eicherscheid, has an area of approximately 4,079 m². Planning is to commence immediately after commissioning, with results of the needs assessment to be submitted within two months. An interruption after completion of LPH 1-4 until the call-off of LPH 5ff. is to be factored in due to the separate awarding of specialist planning services, particularly structural engineering; no claim for additional remuneration exists.
